1. What supplies should I provide?

Answer: If required for your residence, you should provide a broom, Mop/Bucket and Vacuum (if you have carpet). For sanitary reasons we do not use these items from house to house. If you have any special products you'd like us to use, please provide these products on arrival.

2. What is best way to schedule my cleaning appointment?

Answer: You can schedule an appointment by self service on the book appointments page of this website, 

3. Do you work weekends?

Answer: Yes, We work weekends but call for an appointment quickly because they get booked fast!!

4. What supplies do you bring?

Answer: We only use eco-friendly products. We use all Simple Green products cleaning solutions swiffer duster, micro-fiber rags, and sponges.

5. Can I cancel last minute?

Answer: Please provide 24 hours notice or we will have to charge a fee equal to the actual cleaning.

6. What hours do your cleaning service teams work?

Answer: Appointments start at 9am and can go up to 6 pm.We have special teams that may work late, but must be requested in advance. (**For Office and Commercial clients - Yes we have teams who will work after hours or overnight)

7. What will Jays Eco Cleaning Service Not do?

Answer: Our residential cleaning teams are for regular cleanings only. We do not remove/clean any sort of animal waste (or human). We do not remove rodents (even if dead in a trap). Regular cleanings (basic cleanng like for Living Social covers) do not include inside appliances, windows, grout cleaning, stone polishing, rust removal, furniture moving or any exterior cleaning. 

8. How can I make a payment?

You may make a payment by asking for an email invoice or clicking on our payments page and using our secure google checkout.
